Passing of Life Member - Trevor Jones

It is with deep sadness that Eildon Park Cricket Club advises of the passing of Life Member Trevor Jones yesterday, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Our heartfelt condolences are extended to Cheryl and the entire Jones family during this difficult time.

Trevor made a terrific contribution to our club over many years. He served as Vice President, coached countless junior teams, and was a multiple winner of the First XI Batting Average Award.

His passion for Eildon Park left a lasting impact on generations of Panthers.

Although Trevor and Cheryl had called Paynesville home for some time, they always remained part of the Eildon Park family and would still occasionally drop in to Panther Park, where it was always a pleasure to see them.

Trevor will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
