About EPCC
Founded in 1989, the Panthers have called Eildon Park, Rowville home for over 35 years. From our senior and veterans sides to our junior program and Social Sixes, we're a club built on cricket, community, and a good time.
Our Story
Eildon Park Cricket Club was founded in 1989, when Rowville was still on the growing edge of Melbourne's south-east. From the beginning, the club has called Eildon Park on Tyers Crescent home, playing its cricket in the Ferntree Gully & District Cricket Association.
More than three decades on, the Panthers have grown from a single-team start-up into a genuine community club: four senior sides, three veterans teams, a thriving junior program from Under 7s to Under 18s, Cricket Blast for the littlest Panthers, and Social Sixes for everyone else. Along the way the club has celebrated premierships across its senior, veterans and junior ranks — and built something harder to win: a clubroom full of people who keep coming back.
The motto says it best: a proud past, an exciting future.
Our Competitions
Structured, season-long cricket played in the FTGDCA and RDCA — seniors, veterans and juniors.
01Four senior sides in the FTGDCA, October through March — from our Norm Reeves Shield flagship to our community grades. All skill levels welcome.
02Three veterans sides across two competitions, giving experienced players the chance to keep playing competitive cricket in a relaxed, social environment.
03One of the strongest junior programs in the district — Under 7 through Under 18. We develop cricketers on and off the field in a fun, supportive environment.
Our Programs
Fun, social formats with no experience needed — the easiest ways into cricket at the Panthers.
01Cricket Australia's introductory program for ages 5–7. Fun, non-competitive sessions teaching the basics through games and activities. Equipment provided.
02Our Social Sixes program is a fun, inclusive six-a-side format welcoming players of all experience levels. No experience necessary — all are welcome.
Eildon Park
Premier match oval for 1st & 2nd XI home games, with a quality synthetic wicket.
A second full-sized oval for lower grades, juniors and social cricket.
Multiple floodlit net lanes with synthetic surfaces, open through the week.
Fully licensed bar and canteen on match days — cold drinks, hot food, good company.
A spacious function room hosting presentations, trivia nights and fundraisers.
A paved area alongside Oval 1 — the hub of match-day activity on the boundary.
